Picking out your perfect invitation:

After picking out your perfect invitation from our collection, upon ordering them you will submit all of the information needed to make the invitation yours. If photos are needed in the design you will email them to sydnee@sminvites.com. After we receive all of the information we need to go forward with customizing the design we will send it back to you for approval. Please allow up to 2-business days for us to make the changes.

Making changes or giving final approval:

Once we send back your invitation with all of your information and photos placed in you can email us back with changes or give us approval to move it onto printing. We will not send the invitations to get printed until we get a final approval from the client. When wanting changes made please allow 1-business day for us to get it back to you. As many changes can be made as needed to make it reflect you as a couple. Keep in mind that it does add on time until you will receive your invitations. 

Printing:

When the final approval is given by the client it is sent to our printing press that same day. Printing takes 3-10 business days. All of our cards are printed on 16 lb. silk matte paper. Rush printing is available for an additional fee of $30.00. Please email customer service if rush shipping is needed at sydnee@sminvites.com.

Shipping:

After the cards are printed please allow 2-business days to get it packaged and shipped to you. We use 2-Day Shipping from USPS and guarantee your package will be shipped to you in that timeline.
